About Mia

I study at the Ladies’ School of Epirus, and I nourish myself with only sun-kissed grass.

My Daily Routine

  •  Morning
    04:30 - 11:00

I wake up with the sunrise and enjoy the fresh mountain air. After a light stretch, I have a wholesome breakfast made from the freshest, most delicate blades of morning grass before heading off to my studies at the Ladies’ School of Epirus.

  • Noon
    11:30 - 12:30

I pause beneath the sun, grazing slowly on tender greens at their peak—nature’s finest offering, untouched and refined.

  • Afternoon
    13:00 - 18:00

The afternoon carries me through gentle movement and quiet grazing, selecting only the most vibrant, sun-kissed grass to sustain my rhythm.

  • Night
    18:00 - 22:00

As night falls, I settle into stillness, enjoying a final, soft grazing before drifting into restful sleep beneath the open sky.

Experience

I study at an all-girls school in Epirus, where grace, discipline, and refinement shape who I am. In this calm, focused environment—free from distractions—I grow steadily, surrounded only by other young ladies, becoming my best and most polished self.

At the same time, I live closely with nature, grazing on the freshest, most tender grass, carefully selecting only what is pure and nourishing. This simple, natural lifestyle gives me a softness, balance, and quality that is unmistakable—something quietly cultivated, and, perhaps… undeniably irresistible.
